|
Sealed proposals for the 2026 MFT Materials Contract will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025 until 1:00 PM, prevailing time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 1:00 PM, prevailing time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk.
Plans and proposal forms will be available online by visiting the City of Edwardsville website at https://www.cityofedwardsville.com/bids.
The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12).
The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
