Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available.
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts for fuel management systems at the New Embassy Compound. These parts support preventive maintenance and operational reliability of critical infrastructure.
All items must be brand new, OEM parts matching specific part numbers and models that will be detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). No substitutions will be accepted.
SAM.GOV REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in SAM.gov prior to proposal submission.
