Project Description: SBE- 35% The scope of services specifies the requirements for the Construction Management of projects as part of the METRONow Initiative. As part of METRO’s service enhancement activities and a mission to provide safe, clean, reliable, accessible, and friendly public transportation, METRO has prioritized an initiative for a number of linear and vertical infrastructure projects. These include, but are not limited to the following:
• Asphalt and Concrete Roadway Projects
• Parking Garages
• Transit Centers
• Bus Operating Facilities
• New Community Connectors / circulators
• Safety and security enhancements
• Universal Accessibility
• BOOST enhancements
• BRT Projects
• CNG Projects
• Petroleum Storage Tank Projects
• Light Rail Projects
