Solicitation Description:

Corporate Communications and Events seeks a vendor to produce the Metro Awards Ceremony that honors employees that exceed safety, customer service and sustainability performance goals.This year¿s awards ceremony is projected to host approximately 200 guests and will be held in the Metro HQ board room, 300 7th St. SW, Washington, DC 20024 on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. The vendor should be able to provide guests with a sit down, plated lunch. The vendor should also provide, audio visual equipment, a DJ for music and announcements, a 360-degree photo booth, a photographer, videographer, round tables and linens, and table décor. The vendor will be responsible for set up and take down of all equipment and table decor items they provide. The vendor must set up on Monday, March 17th, 2025, when the board room is available and have all equipment set up and ready for a dress rehearsal with full sound check by 9am on event day, Tuesday, March 18th.
