WMATA seeks a message aggregator to provide services for Short Message Service / Multimedia Messaging Service (SMS/MMS) for US carriers utilizing its Short Code and 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC). The aggregator must be a vetted service provider, have agreements with all US mobile carriers to exchange two-way message traffic between customer mobile devices and a WMATA endpoint (URL) to enable MYMTPD Text Tips capability, Metro Alerts and other application functionality.
