ACEDP Grant #790-09237-22
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for providing equipment for the City of Emerson Meter Transmitter Project in Emerson, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Emerson 102 N. Hazel Street, P.O. Box 275, Emerson, AR 71740 until 2:00 PM on May 6, 2025 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of: Furnishing all equipment, materials and supplies necessary for the City to complete the water meter transmitter installation. The equipment and support include, but is not limited to, single point transmitters, mobile reading system, remote data extractor, billing interface and on-site field support.
Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be purchased from the Engineer for $100.00 per set. No refunds will be made.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and
must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
