The City of Joplin, Missouri will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Joplin Athletic Complex located at 3301 West 1st Street, Joplin, Missouri 64801 to PURCHASE the following:

METAL ROOF RESTORATION

The city of Joplin, Missouri is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to provide a comprehensive restoration of an existing metal roof, including cleaning, surface preparation, repair of damaged areas, and application of a high-performance coating system to extend its service life and ensure weather-tight performance. This project will address the locker room facility at Joe Becker Stadium located at 300 S high Ave. Joplin, MO 64801. All repairs and demolition to be completed by the contractor. Contractors are responsible for obtaining their own measurements. The awarding bid will be based on the total grand price.
