Summary

Greenville County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace the metal barn roof at Riverbend Equestrian Park. Riverbend Equestrian Park is located at 175 River Bend Rd, Greenville, SC 29617. The 7,500 square foot barn building built in the 1990's has a gable roof that houses an office and boarded horses.

Background

The barn is currently being operated by Night and Day Riding. Night and Day Riding will need to make accommodations for the boarded horses in the barn during the construction period. A detailed schedule of work will need to be provided showing full duration of the project from start to finish.
