Bidder Questions:

Question #1: Can the Manufacturer field (Column I) be listed as TBD, since the MTR is only available once the material is pulled?

Response: You may enter “TBD” in the manufacturer's field. The awarded product must still meet or exceed the required bid specifications.

Question #2: Is it acceptable to leave the UPC # field blank, or is this information required?

Response: Yes, this is acceptable.

Question #3: What is the required completion date for delivering all awarded materials?

Response: This bid will be for several shipments over a period of a year.

Question #4: If there is no defined end date, what allowance is there for pricing adjustments, given the frequent fluctuations in metal prices?

Response: Bidders should respond with its best and most competitive pricing. This bid award would be for one year period.

Question #5: 1/5" Schedule 40 Steel Pipe – Is this line-item ½ schedule 40 steel pipe or 1.5 schedule 40 steel pipe?

Response: Line 5 should be for 8 pieces of 1.5 inch schedule 40 pipe. Please also see revised bid specification sheet for the revision.

Question #6: The specification lists "1 × 5 inches, Schedule 40 Pipe." Could you please confirm that this is the intended size, or advise if this is a typographical error?
