The Mesa County Cape Seal Project consists of work in two separate areas.
For Independence Valley, the project consists of milling, wide crack repair, and asphalt patching at select crack locations, minor crack sealing, and a cape seal application for the entire Independence Valley subdivision road network.
For Orchard Mesa, the project consists of a cape seal application on various roadways shown in the plans and specifications.
