Meridian Township Website Redesign RFP

Meridian Township is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the redesign of its current website ( meridian.mi.us ).

The website redesign project will begin in June 2025 after a vendor has been selected and a contract has been signed. The Township’s contract with its current vendor expires on December 31, 2025, so the redesign will need to be completed before that contract ends.

Project Timeline:

May 16, 2025 | Proposal Due Date
May 30, 2025 | Contract Awarded
June 2025 | Begin Redesign Project
January 1, 2026 | Website Launch Date

Please submit your proposal electronically to bids@meridian.mi.us by 4:00 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
