22034.01 Meridian Middle Schools Bond Renovations

This Project includes major renovations and additions at Meridian School Districts’ Northwest and Magnolia Middle Schools. At Northwest, 7,500 square feet of new addition is to be built in 3 locations; 91,800 square feet of existing space will be renovated; 2,000 square feet of existing space is to be remodeled and 5,600 square feet of exterior improvements are to be built. At Magnolia, 7,400 square feet of new addition is to be built in 3 locations; 45,700 square feet of existing space will be renovated; 12,400 square feet of space will be remodeled more thoroughly, and 4,500 square feet of new awning shall be added. These projects are to be funded by the recently passed city bond issue.
