The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and disposal needed to complete the work below. Contact Code Enforcement with any questions before submitting a quote.

Required work and materials identified for abatement

CUT BACK ALL GRASS/SHRUBS/TREES ON THE PARCEL AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF ALL DEBRIS, ENSURE THAT ANY OPEN WINDOWS OR DOORS ARE SECURED

Remove only the materials Code Enforcement identifies for cleanup. Haul away all designated materials and dispose of them at an approved disposal facility. Do not leave them on the property or at the curb for City pickup.

Email your quote to codeenforcement@northaugustasc.gov by the deadline above. Put the property address in the email subject line. Include your business name, contact information, one total price for the job, and confirmation that you can finish on time.

Your total price must cover all labor, equipment, transportation, hauling, disposal fees, and other costs needed for the job. Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered.
