Notes Description of Work:

Base bid work generally includes ADA accessibility sidewalk and exterior lighting improvements with approximately 350 yards of 6” PCC sidewalk replacement, approximately 900 yards of 9” PCC street pavement replacement, PCC curb and gutter, parking stall improvements including signs and signposts, exterior site lighting and electrical improvements, site erosion and sod installation. Add-alternate work includes additional sidewalk replacement if budget allows.

The Project is located at the Mercer Aquatic Center and Scanlon Gym, 2701 Bradford Drive, Iowa City, Iowa.
