Solicitation Description:

The University of Houston is seeking interested firms to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (“MEP”) engineering design services for utility infrastructure projects and various renovation and new construction projects on an as-needed basis. The types of projects include but are not limited to: campus utility infrastructure improvements/ replacements, infrastructure assessments, design and construction documentation for new construction and renovation projects, including classrooms, research laboratories, offices, student life spaces, site improvements, administration buildings and other typical projects found on the campus of a university.

There will be a mandatory pre-submittal meeting held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 3 PM CT via Zoom.  Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.  Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting:
