MEMS is seeking qualification submission from area Commercial Contractor/Renovator to construct an aluminum awning/cover over a patio that is located at MEMS’ Headquarters in Little Rock, AR. Contractor/Renovator must be considered a “Full Service” provider and capable of overseeing all work phases necessary to complete the addition/renovation. Supplier must be licensed, insured, bonded and in good standing with AR A/G office, and BBB.
Supplier will oversee all work necessary to complete work outline the Scope of Work. In order to be considered eligible to submit qualifications, Supplier will need to be present for the mandatory on-site inspection and Q&A which will be held at MEMS’ Headquarters, and speak with MEMS’ Facilities Manager. Once site inspection is complete, Supplier will submit their qualifications which will be reviewed by MEMS review committee. If selected, Supplier will be eligible to submit a cost proposal.
