Memorial Pool Replacement Project (Pumps)

The Town of Weston, MA, the Awarding Authority, is soliciting electronic quotations for the purchasing of two (2) Pool Pumps. The equipment is estimated to cost $27,000.

This quote process and the contract award conform with M.G.L. c. 149 and M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M. The Town of Weston reserv es the right to reject any bid or portion of a bid, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract by items or in total to the responsible and eligible bidder who offers the lowest price as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a labor and materials payment bond issued by a company authorized to do business in Massachusetts and satisfactory to the Awarding Authority, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Amount, if the total contract amount exceeds $25,000.
