The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to purchase replacement parts for a Meggit/Inveris live fire system. Meggit/Inveris brand parts are required to ensure compatibility with existing equipment/infrastructure, maintain performance standards, and reduce maintenance complexity.AWARD WILL BE MADE ON A GRAND TOTAL BASIS for a one-time purchase. ALTERNATE BRANDS OR EQUIVALENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDEREDONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE CONSIDEREDScope of work, part details, part numbers and quantities are detailed in the attached SOW. Vendors are required to read all pages of attached SOW- questions, other than clarification of items on bid list will not be entertained.Public bid opening will be at Range Operations BLDG 3001 conference room 9/29/25 @ 9:30 am.
