Meeting Room AV Renovation

Amendment #1 - Issue Date: October 3, 2025

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting proposals (“Proposal” or “Proposals”) pursuant to this Request for Proposals from qualified Proposers for Meeting Room AV Renovation (the “Project”) at the Grant’s View location of the Library District.

A pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the Grant’s View Library at 9700 Musick Rd. on October 1, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. which will be followed by a visit to the Clark Family Branch Event Center at 1640 South Lindbergh at 9:30 A.M. This will allow Proposers to take measurements and examine field conditions of the Meeting Rooms as well as view our most recent modifications to our meeting rooms. Access to the rooms may be constricted during other times due to library programs and patron use. Proposers are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project. All Proposals are due no later than 10:00 A.M., C.T. on October 8, 2025.

Proposers shall complete the Proposal as required in this Request for Proposals and deliver the completed Proposal by email only to Kelli Reeves, Manager, Facilities, kreeves@slcl.org . The email subject line should be “Request for Proposals – Meeting Room AV Renovation for the Grant’s View Branch”.

To protect the integrity of the Proposal selection process, any questions concerning this Request for Proposals, the Proposal process or Proposal specifications shall be e-mailed only to kreeves@slcl.org with copy to elaudel@slcl.org in accordance with this Request for Proposals.

It is anticipated that the Proposals will be considered by the Library District’s Board of Trustees at the October 20, 2025 meeting after deliberation by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director & CEO.
