Medium Line Array

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (“LRCVB”) desires to solicit bids to award a contract to qualified vendors to provide the purchase of various line array components. This bid will be awarded by line item to the firm most competitive for that item.

Electronic proposals are HIGHLY encouraged as it expedites the bidding process and helps to alleviate errors.

Manual responses will be accepted. Identify bid number as well as closing date and time must be included on the outside of the envelope containing your bid response. Bids not sealed or received after the date and time of the bid opening will not be accepted or opened. Bids should be sealed and either hand delivered, delivered by parcel carrier such as FedEx or UPS, or by courier to:

The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work. This contract is for the duration of the job until completion. Prices are to be held firm for 90 days and should not include taxes or shipping.
