Description: Grounds / Site Maintenance Services

The intent of this RFP is to seek proposals from a Grounds / Site Maintenance Services
Contractor to provide:
o For the College’s Medicine Hat campus
o For the College’s Medicine Hat Coulee View and Golfview properties
Value Add Options of interest are:
Obtain options for the College to consider reduce the financial expense of
the services where possible
Obtain pricing for the College to consider for its Brooks Campus and
Residence property if Proponent has operations in Brooks

The Proponent must submit one (1) electronical copy of the proposal, together with any relevant documents in PDF format to:

Note: Hard copies must be received prior to the closing date and time to be considered
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026.
The term of the agreement shall be:
for three (3) years till July 1, 2029
with an option for two (2) consecutive term extensions. Each term extension can be up
to two (2) years per term. (till July 1, 2031, then till July 1, 2033)
Adjustments to contract price will be negotiated a minimum of 120 days prior to the
contract extensions.
