SECTION 00 1113

The City of Cloquet is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Medich Family Pavilion and Trailhead project located in Cloquet, MN. Bids will be solicited for a single prime contractor.

Project Description:

The project consists of a 1,800 GSF (approximately) park pavilion and attached 800 GSF (approximately) open air shelter. The construction consists primarily of poured concrete foundations, wood framed with glulam structural elements, and concrete slab on grade. Exterior cladding shall consist primarily of pre-engineered siding; fiberglass clad wood windows and asphalt shingles.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local standard time on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will not be accepted via email or fax.
