Description:

Contractor shall supply all personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, licenses, incidentals, a properly equipped service vehicle, and pay all taxes, permits, inspection fees, and transportation costs necessary to provide medical waste pickup, transport and disposal services. Medical waste to include but not limited to biohazardous/sharps, non-hazardous and hazardous RCRA pharmaceutical waste and trace chemotherapy waste.
