Project Description: The City of Jefferson, herein referred to as City, invites interested, qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as contractors or bidders, capable of providing the required services, to submit proposals to provide the following medical services for City employees as described in this document: have suspected injuries or illnesses alleged to have occurred as a result of their employments; pre-employment and promotional physicals; drug and alcohol screening; and provide immunizations.
