Request for Information:



The Salt Lake City VA Medical Center is interested in setting up an industry day for vendors to demonstrate medical safety restraint chairs. The estimate time frame will be October or November.



They are interested in patient safety restraint chairs for the behavioral facilities and emergency room. The chairs must be mobile, padded, and with shoulder straps, wrist/arm straps, leg/ankle straps.
