Description

East Central ISD seeks proposals from qualified carriers to provide self-funded Medical and PBM administration, COBRA and Stop Loss services.  Proposal documents can be requested through Holmes Murphy by emailing mmaguire@holmesmurphy.com and copying meredith.rokas@ecisd.net

To be considered, RFP 25-729-01 responses must be submitted on the forms provided; Respondents will be provided a secure link to upload all documents in response to this RFP.  The upload is required to be received by RFP’s stated deadline, Friday, May 9th, 2025, 3:00 pm CST.

The deadline for submitting questions in writing to mmaguire@holmesmurphy.com and copying meredith.rokas@ecisd.net by April 25th, by 3:00 pm CST.  Responses to questions will be posted in the form of an addendum to this RFP and provided to all requestors on April 30th. The district also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity therein, too.
