Description

The VASDHS at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego CA, CA 92161 is part of the Desert Pacific Healthcare Network (VISN 22), and is one of the most diversified tertiary health care providers in the VA. It is a teaching hospital, providing a full range of patient services, with state-of-the art technology as well as education and research.



The inspection must be conducted by certified medical gas inspectors. Inspectors must verify all medical gas systems including but not limited to patient terminal outlets/inlets, alarm systems (master, area, and local), shut off valves (zones, isolation, service, source, and main), and source equipment.



Report all findings. Any previous changes made to the medical gas system shall be re-certified as directed by NFPA 99.
