The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors, regardless of business size, who possess the capabilities to provide medical gases and cylinder rentals IAW the SOW.
