INVITATIO N FOR BID

Th e City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) for MEDIAN REMOVAL AND PAVING PLAN, SR 95 CENTRAL AVENUE TO RICARDO AVENUE PROJECT NO. 26-PW-003 .

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “ MEDIAN REMOVAL AND PAVING PLAN, CENTRAL AVENUE TO RICARDO AVENUE” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 1:00 PM, Arizona time on February 4, 2026.

Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be submitted in writing or by email to Casey Lemmons, and received no later than January 23, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to the IFB. Only those plan holders registered with the City of Bullhead City will receive any modification to the plans, specifications and bid documents and any notices that are issued during bidding. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.

Addendum No. 1

The attention of the bidders is called to the following changes and clarifications to the

original contract specifications and they shall be taken into account in preparing proposals

and shall be part of the Bid/Contract Documents.

The following changes and clarifications are to be made and become part of the Bid/Contract

Documents:

1. Under Section 12.10 PAVEMENT MARKINGS, the contractor will be required to

initially install temporary median painted striping and turn arrows. Once the

asphalt has substantially cured and the City has given its approval, thefinal thermal

striping may be opplied.

2. The Measurement and Payment for Pavement Markings sholl be on a Lump Sum

Busis and include both the temporary andJinal striping.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to award the bid or any portion thereof as described

in Article 3, Bid Schedule to the lowest responsive bidder.

Each bidder shall return a signed acknowledgement copy of this Addendum with their bid.

Signed acknowledgement copies may be submitted via FAX if made prior to the published bid

opening date and time.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

(Proposals received without signed acknowledgement of Addendum will be cause for rejection.)
