Media Research, Distribution, and Monitoring

Roswell Park is seeking a vendor to provide web-based media research, distribution and monitoring services available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with full training as needed and ongoing support, for at least six simultaneous users.

This tool must incorporate demonstrated ability to support: building and maintenance of effective distribution lists comprised of accurate, up-to-date contact information for and insights about local, national and international media outlets and journalists; creation, formatting and email distribution of press releases and communications to media influencers; monitoring and measurement of media coverage across a broad range of traditional (broadcast/print) and online/digital media, locally, nationally and worldwide; and generation of complete, well-presented reporting on the extent and impact of media engagement.
