The City of Irving “City” Communications Department is seeking proposals from qualified media monitoring vendors to provide 24/7, timely, automated media reporting and analytics. The desired service should capture traditional and non-traditional media and provide comprehensive coverage across a variety of platforms, outlets and tools.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
