The Office of Communications, Office of the Librarian (“OC”), Library of Congress (“the Library”), has a requirement for a comprehensive suite of media intelligence/public relations web-based software/system. This software/system will enable the OC to conduct media research, monitor and track media, facilitate the dissemination of information to targeted audiences, conduct media impression evaluation and analytics and build media contract lists.
This requirement is necessary and critical for the evaluation of the Library as part of its annual program performance plan, specifically in determining annual media impressions and the objective evaluation and analysis of the tone of media impressions.
The Contractor shall provide access to a media intelligence/public relations web-based software/system to enhance the Library's communications and public relations functions.
