BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Work includes but is not limited to the installation of new boilers and nit ventilators in the Southern portion of the building. Minor Electrical and Plumbing modifications to be completed to tie new boilers and unit ventilators into existing system. Concrete slab work, wall and floor patching, painting, door and frame replacements, door hardware updates, lighting updates, roofing and other related items will be part of this work. In addition to southern corridors and selective offices flooring, ceiling and LED lighting upgrades as indicated.
