IFB #26-24, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE AND ON
CALL SERVICES, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND
This addendum is hereby made a part of the Request for Proposal Documents and is issued to
modify, explain and/or correct the original Bid Documents. Receipt of this addendum must be
acknowledged and attached with the proposal. Failure to do so may result in Bidder
disqualification.
Please note the attached changes, corrections, and/or information in connection with the
contract and submit bids and be otherwise governed accordingly.
GENERAL:
1. Offers shall be submitted to the City of Annapolis Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of
Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, MD 21401 or via email (preferred to
bids@annapolis.gov.
2. Offerors choosing to submit proposals through hand-delivered should allow extra time for
delivery of proposals. Because of the limited parking and hours of business operations,
hand delivered proposals will be accepted only during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm
Monday through Friday at 25 Shaw Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Offerors
choosing to hand-deliver proposals must call (410) 263-7944. Proposals will not be
accepted after the Due Date and Time listed below.
3. This addendum consists of the following
