Amendment 03 - To expedite the proposal process, vendors are no longer required to submit separate Technical and Cost Proposal volumes. In lieu of these submissions, please provide three (3) examples of similar past performance projects, including a reference contact for each project.
Amendment 02 - Conformed Mechanical Drawings have been attached to this notice. Question are due 10 Aug 2026 by 5:00PM and the solicitation has been extended to 12 Aug 2026 at 5:00PM. Submit all questions to jesse.hastings.ctr@akaerospace.gov and duffy.goodner.ctr@akaerospace.gov.
Amendment 01 - Posted 27 July 2026. Proposal due date not extended at this time. Please review attached Amendment 01 document for details on manufacturer requirements referenced by the attached drawings (Att. 3). The Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) is seeking a qualified mechanical subcontractor to perform the full range and scope of mechanical support during the construction of a new Pad 3D Complex at the Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska (PSCA) in Kodiak, AK. The primary objective is to perform all aspects of the installation of the Pad D Complex mechanical support systems and infrastructure IAW attached drawings and SOW.
