Project Description: The University of Texas at Austin (“University”) Facilities Services (“FS”) Facilities Maintenance (“FM”) is seeking service providers to perform on-call mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repair services in University buildings. The services requested are to: (1) Provide maintenance and repair of existing mechanical and plumbing components at University facilities; and (2) Furnish and install new mechanical and plumbing components as required.
