If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 3rd day of April 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 3. West Lafayette Campus – Mechanical Engineering South East Wing Sanitary Sewer Repair – 2025 A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 3 will be held on March 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room 2164 of Mechanical Engineering (ME), located at 585 Purdue Mall, West Lafayette, IN.
