Meal Drop of Camp Edwards 30MAY-7JUNE

The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Individually Packaged meals to the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) – Camp Edwards, 5240 Lee Road, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542 for 30 May-7 June 2025

Delivery Location: Camp Edwards, 5240 Lee Road, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542

Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time.

Meal start time; 0600hrs Breakfast and 1700hrs Dinner.

*** Individually Packaged meals for both breakfasts and dinners. All meals should be provided in individual containers with serving utensils for the unit to easily distribute to all Soldiers at various training sites.

*** The travel meal for 7 June should be delivered at 0545 as the buses will arrive at 0600 to transport all Soldiers back to home station.

Total # of Meals: 2,240

CLIN 0002: Product Service Description: Dinner; 30 May – 06 Jun; 1,120 Meals

This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.
