Meadowview Rollup Door Service and Repair - Sacramento

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Meadowview Rollup Door Service and Repair - Sacramento located at Meadowview Armory, 3250 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832.  Work to include: The Contractor shall furnish all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, tools, disposal needs, insurance, permits and fees (if any) to install the components and provide the services listed in Scope of Work..  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35636 - DO NOT OPEN.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 5/28/2025, at 1:00 PM at Meadowview Armory, 3250 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov.

Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.

Contractor shall possess a current and in good standing California License Board issued D-28 Doors ¿ Gates and Activating Device and C-10 Electrical.  D-28 may have a C-10 subcontractor.  A B-General Contractor Licensee may have D-28 and C-10 subcontractors.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 6/3/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35636.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 6/10/2025 at 2:00 PM.
