Overview

Summary

The work under this Project consists of the installation and replacement of approximately 1,100 LF of sanitary sewer and associated manholes, public lateral installation/updates, plumbing turnarounds, private lateral updates, backyard abandonment, associated paving and street rebuilding within the project limits. The proposed construction is along Courtland Pl. between W. Little Creek Road and Trouville Ave. and along Trouville Ave., east of Courtland Pl. This is a Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (VCWRLF) project. See project specifications for details of the requirements established by DEQ.
