Overview
Summary

The Work under this project consists of a retrofit to Meadow Lake to improve lake function and water quality and transition the lake to a DEQ Level-1 Wet Pond. The project entails the installation of a new outlet structure, in-line check valves for tidal separation, a forebay, multiple hydrodynamic separators for pollutant and litter reduction, a new parking lot, along with an extensive landscaping plan.

There will be a Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 9:00AM, Online via MS TEAMS. E-mail C.W. Gaskill at cw.gaskill@norfolk.gov to obtain meeting link.

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, February 7, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/140986 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
