This project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary for: (1) installing Government-furnished equipment (GFE): 230 kV power circuit breakers, 230-kV disconnecting switches, 230-kV coupling capacitor voltage transformers, 230-kV current transformers, three (3) single-phase pedestal mounted capacitor, 230-kV, duplex switchboard section and one (1) galvanized base-plated single-circuit 230-kV transmission line steel pole structure (2) Provide bus system, grounding system, conduit system, insulated conductors and cables, terminal boxes, safety switch, substation signs, fiber optic splice enclosure, fiber optic duct cable and optical ground wire. (3) Providing concrete foundations and anchor bolts for substation structures, electrical equipment and material. (4) Performing site work and finish grading. (5) Providing galvanized substation steel structures. (6) Providing one (1) concrete foundation for transmission line steel pole structure and (7) perform electrical testing. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings.
The solicitation, specifications and drawings, and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet free of charge. No CD-ROMS or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Interested parties can download the solicitation at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 14 June 2019.
