Meacham Road Corridor Streetscape - Stage III

The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept Qualifications via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg ) for 2026-RFQ-024 , Meacham Road Corridor Streetscape - Stage III to be received no later than Friday, May 15, 2026 , 4:00 pm . Qualifications submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Village of Schaumburg Transportation Department is seeking consultant assistance for Phase I Preliminary Design Services for streetscape design along North Meacham Road.

The Village of Schaumburg is seeking to complete Phase I for Stage III of the North Meacham Road Corridor Streetscape (Southwest Quadrant) to advance the recommendations included in the North Meacham Road Corridor Plan. The goals of the North Meacham Road Corridor Plan aim to improve the Meacham Road right of way to create a transformative corridor that provides a multimodal environment and unifies the east and west sides of the 90 North District. Stage III of the streetscape improvements focuses on the west side of Meacham Road between Zurich Way and Interstate 90.
