This solicitation is repost from previous solicitation number W912K625QA004
The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) is seeking a commercial contractor that will provide two 5-day, 4-night, and over-night co-ed adventure summer camp experiences for Maryland National Guard (MDARNG) children and youth (ages 7-18) with qualifying housing and dining facilities (see PWS Section 5.1.4 and 5.3). The camp shall gather military children and youth from around Maryland to assist them in making connections and developing a peer group with other military youth through shared adventure experiences in a traditional camp environment, which will require sleeping rooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and social-recreational activities. The intent of the camp sessions is to build skills necessary to prepare campers to assume roles as successful adults. In addition, camp provides growth experiences for youth that can benefit them through adulthood in areas such as self-confidence, independence, making friends, and exploring and learning new activities. Additionally, the contractor is expected to be a partner with the MDARNG in continuously improving the quality of programs and service offered to customers as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement utilizing unrestrictive set aside. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
Evaluation Criteria:
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Appliable to the PWS and Price
a) Price: Pricing shall be complete. The Unit Price, Amount, and Net Amount shall be completed for every item/CLIN.
The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussion; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.
Submission of Quotes:
Proposed prices shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all labor, materials, lab fees, and associated services required to provide the Child and Youth Summer Camp as described in the PWS.
Location: Within 100 miles from Baltimore, Maryland 21201
The Period of Performance:
Monday June 23, 2025, to Friday June 27, 2025
Monday August 04, 2025, to Friday August 8, 2025
The Offeror is required to have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov at the time the proposal is submitted and not in a “pending” status, as well as no exclusions.
