This is the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for MIOES. Attachments can be found at the link for PIEE in the Attachments/Links section. **********NOTE: Please use the question and answer (Q and A) template titled Attachment L-07 MIOES Question Matrix attached to this release to submit your questions, concerns, comments, and/or suggestions regarding these documents. The Government has no obligation because of this posting. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor SAM.gov periodically for updates to this procurement. The Government will not accept or review any response other than those submitted on the form provided. Any other documentation (e.g., white papers, product/service brochures, etc.) in response to this posting will be disregarded. Please submit responses to MDAMIOES@mda.mil, no later than 18:00 PM Mountain on November 22, 2024. Questions or comments will not be addressed by telephone. The Government is not required to respond to or post all Q and As. The Government will post Q and As on SAM.gov that are determined to be beneficial for all of industry to see. Additional Information: Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not reimburse any contractor for any information or administrative costs incurred in the response to this synopsis/pre-solicitation notice--all costs associated with responding to this synopsis will be borne solely by the interested party. Not responding to this synopsis/pre-solicitation notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP or other solicitation, if any is issued. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this synopsis/pre-solicitation notice and request for comment. TELEPHONE RESPONSES AND INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION.
