Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Deparment of Corrections.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: licenses to cover motion pictures shown in prisons, community correctional centers, and other correctional facilities .
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded a contract
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years.
