Collin College is requesting proposals to complete the McKinney Campus Phase II Re-roof.

Option 1:

Built-up Roof With Gravel Roof Areas - Base Bid

Modified Bitumen Roof Areas - Base Bid

Option 2:

Modified Bitumen Roof Areas to be recovered with a single ply system - Deductive Alternate #1

Built-up roof with gravel roof areas will still be replaced per base bid

Option 3:

Sealant Scope, Silicone - Base Bid

Sealant Scope, Polyurethane - Deductive Alternate #1

Option 4:

EIFS Scope - Add Alternate #1

Background

Pending Board of Trustees approval, work is tentatively scheduled to begin May 2026 and conclude August 2026.
