The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for RFQ 26-15 for MCINTIRE HISTORIC BUILDING EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE improvements include sealants, paint and rehab of windows, rails and steps/porch joints. The cornice, balustrade and parapet shall be prepped and painted.
