McCrometer Flow Meters and Parts

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with the Avanti Company for the provision of McCrometer flow meters and parts.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from McCrometer, dated January 6, 2025, the Avanti Company is the exclusive sole source Representative for all McCrometer products in the state of Florida for the Municipal markets. The Avanti Company is the exclusive Representative responsible for all product sales, service that includes field repairs, start-ups and calibrations.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
