The scope shall be for a (+/-) 1,250 -LF Phase IIIB Roadway Improvements on Commerce Park Road and a (+/-) 300,000 SF Building Pad on Parcel 6 at the Mid-Carolina Commerce Park. Complete drawings and specifications may be obtained from Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc., Post Office Box 8147, Columbia, SC 29202-8147 upon a non-refundable payment of $300.00.
